Tips and tricks to find parking in Rome: information on parking rates

Finding a parking space in Rome is not easy. There are very few free parking spaces in Rome.  Free parking is along streets marked with white  lines. Blue lines are pay parking and you can buy tickets at the parking meters located along the street or from a tobacco shop. The cost of parking varies from 1 euro to 1,50 euro for hour, depending on the area.

Otherwise you can use the large multi-level parking garages like ParkSi in Villa Borghese , the Terminal Park close to Termini Train Station, the Piazzale Partigiani's Park, Parking Ludovisi close to Via Veneto, Parking dell'Auditorium and Terminal Gianicolo.

If you are looking for a parking space in or around Rome, or close to the airports, we suggest you check with Parkopedia, where you’ll find all the parking lots available in Rome.
