Description

In the Doria Pamphilj Gallery (1651), located along Via del Corso, masterpieces accrued by the Doria Pamphilj family's private collection are on display. It was built on the original site of the residence of Cardinal Fazio Santoro from the early sixteenth century. Inside there are pieces by Caravaggio, Annibale Carracci, Guido Reni, Guercino, Velázquez, Claude Lorrain, Gaspard Dughe, and important Renaissance pieces (Titian, Raphael, Garofalo, Lorenzo Lotto, Pieter Bruegel, Correggio, Parmigianino).
