Itinerary description

A really fun tour of Rome where you’ll walk the famous streets of Rome, discover the best monuments and do a little shopping too!  In the evening we suggest you to go in Rione Monti and enjoy some of the best roman nightlife!
It is highly recommended to walk from one place to another since all the locations are in the city center.
Time Required:
It takes about  8 hours to visit all of the sites mentioned, depending on how much time you decide to stay in each place.
The tour starts from Barberini Square, easily reached by subway, at "Barberini" (Line A). Visit the square and the beautiful Triton Fountain by Bernini located in the centre. Head down Via delle Quattro Fontane and you'll see the National Gallery of Ancient Art Palazzo Barberini, which hosts works by famous artists such as Caravaggio and others. From Via delle Quattro Fontane, turn right onto Via del Quirinale until you reach the roman building of the Quirinale, where the President of Italian Republic lives. After visiting the Quirinale, take Via della Consulta to Via Nazionale. Now your fun really starts because this streets is full of shops you can stroll down and window shop all you want! Go straight down Via Nazionale and you'll find Palazzo delle Esposizioni, which often hosts interesting exhibitions. Continuing on Via Nazionale and you'll arrive at the intersection with Via Firenze.  If you turn right, you'll find the Opera Theatre, one of the most important theaters in Rome. If you're not too tired, we suggest you spend your evening in Rione Monti District, another lively district of Rome full of restaurants, clubs and cocktail bars!
